Thai restaurant chain Patara will be opening their fifth London site later this year.

The new site will be an estimated 100 covers over 4,000 sq ft.

Patara’s parent company is S&P who already operate around 100 restaurants in Thailand. The first UK site for them was in 1992 on Fulham Road. Soon after that the group expanded to Greek Street, Maddox Street and Beauchamp Place.

We are pleased to have secured such a high profile tenant for our client and this adds to our large portfolio of completions in Fitzrovia including Maple and Fitz, Big Fernand and Portland.”
